- Keys are used solely for scheduled pet care visits and are not copied or shared.

4. Access and Use
- Staff will only enter the property at the agreed times and for the purpose of providing pet care services.
- Emergency access may be granted if a pet’s health or safety is at risk.
- Any entry outside agreed hours requires prior consent from the client.
5. Security Measures
- Keys are stored in a secure location when not in use.
- Digital access codes are stored securely and not shared.
- Staff are trained to respect client privacy and property at all times.
6. Liability
- Pawsome Companions Ltd is fully insured, but clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding security systems and entry instructions.
- The company will not be held liable for issues arising from the client’s failure to provide correct or complete access information.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate instructions for key use or access codes
- Notify Pawsome Companions Ltd of any changes to keys, codes, or security systems
- Ensure keys are in working order and suitable for use by pet care staff
8. Key Return
- Keys will be returned at the end of the service or as agreed with the client.
- Clients can request collection in person, delivery, or secure posting (at the client’s expense).
