New Clients
Before services begin, all new clients are required to:
- Complete the Client Registration Form and Pet Information Form
- Provide accurate details about their pet’s health, behaviour, and care requirements
- Arrange a meet and greet consultation where possible
This allows us to get to know you and your pet and ensure our services are suitable for their needs.
Booking Services
Bookings can be made by:
- Phone
- Message or online contact form (if available)
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pawsome Companions Ltd.
Advance Bookings
We recommend booking services as early as possible, particularly during busy periods such as holidays and school breaks, when availability may be limited.
Regular weekly clients may have priority for recurring bookings.
Confirmation of Bookings
A booking is considered confirmed once:
- The service has been agreed with Pawsome Companions Ltd
- Any required forms have been completed
- Payment arrangements have been confirmed where applicable
Changes to Bookings
Clients should provide as much notice as possible if they need to:
- Change dates or times
- Add additional visits or walks
- Modify care instructions
Changes may depend on availability.
Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe access to their property during scheduled visits or walks. This may include providing keys, access codes, or other arrangements agreed in advance.
Pet Welfare
For safety reasons, Pawsome Companions Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel services if:
- A pet is aggressive or unsafe to handle
- Accurate information about the pet has not been provided
- The pet’s health or welfare could be compromised
