Clients are asked to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or change a booking.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service may apply.
- Same day cancellations: The full service fee may be charged.
Holiday and Extended Bookings
For longer bookings such as holiday pet sitting, the following terms may apply:
- 7 days or more notice: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 7 days’ notice: Up to 50% of the total booking cost may be charged.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Up to 100% of the booking cost may be charged.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies can happen. In genuine emergency situations, we will always aim to be fair and reasonable when reviewing cancellation fees.
Weather and Safety
In rare circumstances, services may need to be cancelled or adjusted due to extreme weather conditions or safety concerns. In these cases, alternative arrangements will be discussed where possible.
